The current website does not ask you to register, provide an email address, or submit health information. The public website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and which guides people read. Images and fonts are hosted with the site, and external resources are ordinary links.
Checklist notes stay in your browser
If your browser allows local storage, the checklist saves the item statuses, action notes, owners, dates, and selected view on this device. These notes are not submitted to a website database. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see them.
Use the Clear saved notes control to remove this website's checklist record. Clearing site data in your browser also removes it. Private browsing, browser settings, and storage restrictions can affect whether notes persist. Avoid recording sensitive health or identifying details in a shared browser.
Editable guide templates
The small templates within articles can be edited and copied. Edits are not saved in local storage or sent to us; leaving or reloading the page discards them. Copy the text into your own document before leaving. Your device or browser may retain clipboard contents, so take care when sharing a device.
Exports and printed copies
Export creates a CSV worksheet on your device. Printing uses your browser's print dialog, where you may choose to save a PDF. These actions do not send the contents to us. You decide how to store or share the resulting file; clearing browser notes does not delete an exported or printed copy.
Website visit statistics
Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and processes visit information, including pages viewed, referring websites, and device and browser information. Google may process this information outside your country. We use these statistics to improve the website. Our integration disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals.
We do not include your checklist notes, names, dates, or edited templates as analytics event parameters. Page addresses and referrers sent by our integration omit query strings and fragments. Local development and temporary deployment previews do not load Analytics. You can block analytics with your browser privacy settings or an appropriate blocker; the guides and checklists will still work. Hosting and external websites
When deployed, the hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. This privacy page does not promise that the hosting provider keeps no operational logs. When you follow an external link, that website's own privacy practices apply.
